In addition to our management team, TOMA combine our full-time resources with associates and consultants to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Mark Barry - Managing Director

Mark has spent over 20 years working in the IT industry in both the U.K. and U.S. An experienced consultant, Mark has worked with organisations such as BT, U.S. Bank, Philip Morris and General Motors.

After spending 10 years working on the East and West coasts of the U.S. Mark returned to the U.K. and founded TOMA Global in 2003. Since then Mark has worked with companies of various sizes, including the U.K. Government to deliver business-driven technology solutions.

Patrick Murtagh - Non-Executive Director

Patrick has worked as a product development and programme/project manager for over 20 years, working within Government and other large organisations (i.e. Thomson Reuters, Dow Jones).

He has worked to construct a number of governance frameworks for organisations of various sizes, implementing and managing their transition into the business.

Vincent O'Kelly - Non-Executive Director

Vincent has extensive experience managing programmes in the Financial and Government sectors (including Barclays Capital, Coutts Group, Euronext.Liffe, Invesco).

Prior to this, Vincent was head of product development and delivery, responsible for a solution delivered globally to investment banks.
